THE INITIAL STEP IN CARING FOR YOUR ROOF IS A KNOWLEDGEABLE ASSESSMENT OF IT
The current condition is determined and a maintenance plan suggested as follows;
- Required immediate maintenance to prevent water entry
- Suggested preventative maintenance to extend the life of your roof and protect the contents, structure and use of the building or plant
- Roof replacement budget
In addition we offer a yearly or twice yearly inspection to monitor the ongoing changes to your roofing system and recommend any repairs required. This service allows us to become familiar with your roof. As a result we can both extend the life of it as well as determine when the most cost effective time is to perform the eventual roof replacement
